We are Ministry Minded People
I come from a family deeply rooted in ministry and education, a legacy that has profoundly influenced my path in life. My grandfather was a devoted pastor, shepherding his congregation with wisdom and a deep love for people. His steadfast faith and compassionate leadership left an indelible mark on those he served and our family.
My father followed in his footsteps, also serving as a pastor. He brought his unique strengths to the role, combining spiritual leadership with an ability to connect with people personally. Through his example, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of faith and the importance of dedicating one’s life to serving others.
While I didn’t pursue pastoral ministry, I’ve embraced this heritage as a principal and teacher. In these roles, I’ve found a calling that blends leadership, mentorship, and a passion for education. I see my work as an extension of the values instilled in me by my family—helping to shape lives, build character, and create opportunities for others to thrive.
This legacy inspires me in everything I do, from guiding students in the classroom to fostering growth and purpose in my role as principal. It also informs my approach to storytelling, as I aim to capture narratives that reflect hope, faith, and perseverance.
The example of my grandfather and father reminds me daily of the importance of servant leadership and the impact one life can have on many. Carrying this tradition forward, I strive to honor their legacy by making a difference in my community and encouraging others to see how their stories contribute to a greater purpose.
